Level -2 coo@nutrivittles.com

Escalation metrics response time is 24 Hours.

if you don’t get revert in 24 hours from Chief operating officer (coo@nutrivittles.com) you can escalate the issue to Level -3

Level -3 grievance@nutrivittles.com

From here you will get resolution if you follow the proper Escalation metrics please make sure to forward trail mails.

If no revert is received from here you order will be executed free of cost.
