REWARDS PROGRAM RULES

Rewards Program allows customers to accrue Points when purchasing is done from www.nutrivittles.com.

Earn points buying what you want and reviewing the great products.

• First, you must create a nutrivittles.com Account (your “Account”). When you create an Account, you will automatically receive 250. If you fill in your personal information completely (gender, date of birth, and at least two interests), you will receive an additional 150 points.

• As a www.nutrivittles.com Member, you will earn 1 Point for every $1.00 spent on purchases not including tax or shipping. Points will appear in your Account (30) days after your order is delivered. Until that time, Points will be shown as "Pending".
• You will also earn 50 points for each approved review that you post for products that you have purchased. You are free and encouraged to express your honest opinion on the product that you review. Beside the 50 points, you will not receive any other consideration for your review.
• There is no limit to how many Points an individual can earn or redeem in a given period of time.

How can I you use the Points?

• Points have a value set by www.nutrivittles.com. The value on the date these terms were published was 100 Points = $1, but this value could change from time to time at www.nutrivittles.com sole discretion.
• www.nutrivittles.com Points can be redeemed at checkout towards your purchases on your Account. The price of the products being purchased will be reduced by the value of the Points being applied (Ex: $100 product, you apply 1000 points, leaves $10 due for the product.).
• www.nutrivittles.com users making their first use of the Points must apply them towards an order of $50 or more. After this first order, there are no more purchase minimums for www.nutrivittles.com.
• Points used against purchases will be deducted from your Point balance.

How long are Points good for?

POINTS WILL EXPIRE 12 MONTHS AFTER THEY ARE EARNED. EXPIRED POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE REGARDING EXPIRED POINTS.

Restrictions:

• You are not allowed to maintain multiple Accounts.
• Each household is only allowed to maintain one Account.
• Reviews are subject to being capped at 10 per calendar month.
• Points are not meant to be used as money and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Product reviews must be honest and candid. If you post a product review and are awarded the corresponding Points, and the review is then deemed by www.nutrivittles.com, at its sole discretion, to be intentionally false, slanderous, racist, sexist, malicious, obscene or otherwise offensive (“Prohibited Reviews”), the review will be removed and the 50 Points will be forfeited and removed from your account.
• www.nutrivittles.com reserves the right to cancel an Account or the Points in an account if it determines, at its sole discretion that a user has misused the Account, the Points, has posted Prohibited Reviews or has otherwise violated any term of these Program Rules. www.nutrivittles.com may choose, at its sole discretion, to prohibit you from creating a new Account.
• www.nutrivittles.com reserves the right to cancel an Account that remains un-used and has earned no Points for one (1) year. You are welcome to create a new Account if your Account lapses from non-use.
• www.nutrivittles.com reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice.
• By being a member of www.nutrivittles.com customers agree to allow www.nutrivittles.com  to contact them about their orders or account matters via email, phone, mail, and other channels of communication.
• These Program Rules and the underlying Program are governed by the www.nutrivittles.com Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistences, the terms in these Program Rules govern for purposes of the www.nutrivittles.com
